Well yes - but that place is silly. Plus it is in Essex

I was at the Oval for the Pakistan Test last year - seemed a cricket match had broken out in the middle of a Farmers' market. Going again this year though

Hampshire's record is absolutely irrelevant - it will be a completely different team. They will probably play in Southampton. Leicester have won it three times but unlikely to figure too strongly in the debate over which cities it will be in

Could easily see 2 London teams imo... Manchester, Birmingham, leeds, Newcastle, Cardiff, Nottingham imo

North and South of the Thames imo. So, Essex, Middlesex, Northants vs Surrey, Kent, Hants, Sussex

Makes obvious sense imo, you get all the home matches at Lords or the Oval and then the bigger grounds outside London

Counties not really relevant - teams will be completely different. Quite likely southern players will play for Northern teams and vice-versa. In the Big Bash you get New South Wales players turning out for Perth

Got a feeling this won't be what people think it's going to be.

it's an IPL clone so potential cities will be selected based on possible corporate sponsorships and strong attendances.

Something like the London Emirates Flyers vs Mansion Manchester Blackjacks imo.

any city / town can get into this as long as they have strong financial backing imo imo.
