I remember when i was in year 11 some local youths drove up on the pavement (although not attempting to run people over) outside our school and then chased a couple of kids with screwdrivers and hammers. They were ahead of their time.

I had a bit of a moral dilemma when I read that a car had 'ploughed into' a group of cyclists in Berlin. I mean you don't have to be a mad Allan to have fantasised about doing that, do you?

Turned out just to be an accident rather than an attack by ISIS's motoring wing.
