    My council tax bill is up 3% for this social care

    Nonsense.

    So whatever little increase I gained on my salary I am now slightly worse off as my council tax bill is higher.

    Edit oh it's not just 3% that's just the social care *******s
    1.99% council and 1.46% greater London authority
