Mind you, Wood Green? Tottenham? What next? Edmonton? Enfield?
Walthamstow is much improved, still a dump though

'how can we improve this area?' well put a limit on how many snooker halls, 24 hour off licences/minisupermarkets, and betting shops. :crime:

This a problem I have. my wife has only been in the UK for 9 years so she tells me an area is nice.
I instantly will call it a ****hole no matter how much it's changed. it's still how I originally remember it.

None of that is relevant these days. The first question is, 'is central London accessible?' If the answer is yes, the people who can't quite afford Dalston will move there, followed soon after by cereal cafés and street food vans.

London is like a black hole at the moment, sucking people in.

Fúcking shíthouse, doesn't even have a dog track anymore so the only reason ever to visit the place no longer exists.

When I was young my Dad would lock the car doors driving down Upper St. It was a fúcking squalid slum.

In truth, some the new building going on is quite surprising.

A chap down the road sold half of his back garden to a developer who built a 5 bedroomed house on it and sold it for £2 mill.

It's crap. but not in a ****hole way. Alright if you want a drink or eat but not much else. Chapel Market is nearly dead. doesn't even really reach Manzies Pie and Mash shop these days.

Finsbury park (not the bit where the station is) has changed a lot. everyone on their bicycles.
    Except for Arsene.
