    Made a root vegetable and moose meat gratin yesterday.

    It was surprisingly quite nice. I think the parsnips made it.

    How was this moose meat, b? Minced moose? Gobbets of moose? Moose mousse?

    Parsnips are a bit sweet for me, to be honest. Someone served them to me roasted once, with honey drizzled over them. It was like a dessert.

    It's called älgskav. It's thinly sliced. It looks a bit like doner kebab actually.
