    Nah. but she's proper minted.

    Unfortunately I have no family that is minted that I will benefit from.
    Except one great auntie who's got me on the will but she's going a proper looney and didn't even know who i was at Christmas.

    Almost certainly. Have her chests increased in size as well?

    That is serious, perhaps heart related, or maybe organ failure. I recall this vividly when a family member was ill.

    Something to do with blood flow which given you are exerting yourself in the form of physical exercise makes sense.
