I suppose the issue is how long the knickers must be worn to be categorised as 'worn'; one suspects that Trading Standards have regulations covering these details.
Presumably she must have bought the cheapest knickers available in bulk in order to maximise her profit margin. And got really sweaty in them. As long as the customer was covering shipping, she was quids in imo. I reckon she could have got through four or five pairs a day.
