Not sure that publication speaks for all of them, tbf. The French woman in my office was rather upset though. She thinks it is incredibly selfish of poor English people to want more hospitals.

Anyone who suggested it is also mental*. It was the only way to get the stupid to vote leave. They probably wouldn't have voted and it would probably have been a comfortable win for Remain.
*By mental, I mean scheming and a bit of a liar. Probably not really mental at all.
