Thread: So I’ve made a personal injury claim for my car accident, and yet I won’t be seen by an independent

  1. #21

Based on what? Your vast experience of being hit from behind in cars?

Be honest. He's hit you from behind, which means it's his fault, no-questions-asked and now you're just looking to cash in on the fact.

    *****************FREE MONEY!!!***********************

    You make me sick.

bull**** his impact speed was 30,,lying coont

you'd f**kin know it if impact was 30

  4. #24

The fact that he had a clear run at me from the previous lights and would

almost certainly have been approaching me at something like 40mph (the often exceeded limit on that stretch of road) and the gap between him braking and impact was no more than a second.

He's actually contesting and claiming it wasn't his fault. Hence my request for CCTV.

Let's see what it shows up, eh?

Would you like to see a photo of his crumpled up bonnet

that has virtually folded in on itself?

It was a very big impact. Enough to write off both our cars.

  6. #26

I look forward to you sharing the CCTV data with us.

But you're still a freeloading ****er.

  7. #27

    I understand your disapproval.

Would it help if I gave some to charity?

  8. #28

No. Since it's still being paid for by your fellow drivers.

  9. #29

I must say you do not come out of this looking good M.

We all know how you to like to look down your nose at elements of society yet here you are now aligning yourself with what many will see as being among the lowest of the very low.

    Shame.

  10. #30

No. Particularly as he'll have to keep the neck brace on for years to fool the insurance

investigators. He'll be claiming disability benefit next, the thieving ponce.
