Thread: So I’ve made a personal injury claim for my car accident, and yet I won’t be seen by an independent

Steady on, old boy. There are limits.

  2. #12

    disappointing behaviour there, Clive

    did you go to hospital?

have you had a neck brace fitted?

  3. #13

You have no idea how fast he was going, you lying c**t.

  4. #14

I've been entirely upfront with them and said I seemingly had no pain beyond shock and

trauma to the neck for several days after the crash.

I had a personal injury lawyer calling me (unsolicited) within 20 minutes of reporting the accident and I said to him at the time I had no pain.

  5. #15

*******s. Doctors are all in on these bloody scams. 'Oh, yes, he's definitely in pain. No, there's

no *actual* physical evidence of it, but he definitely is."

  6. #16

I have some idea. Granted, I cannot put a specific number on it

but it is impossible that he was going less than 30.

  7. #17

    Boloocks. You'd be dead.

  8. #18

hehe You are so full of **** it's coming out of your ears.

I'm very disappointed in you, m. You're now part of the 'something for nothing' victim culture and are thus a large part of what's wrong with this country.

No wonder your son wants nothing to do with you.

  9. #19

Erm, I was in a car.

  10. #20

Well it just so happens that there's CCTV footage where the accident took place

which they are trying to retrieve at my request (odd behaviour for someone on the make). I'm willing to put a very large amount of money on him having hit me at over 25mph (just to err on the side of conservativism)
