Actually I am convinced that the whole healthy eating thing is massively over-stated. I don't eat too badly - I get plenty of fresh veg, but I also eat plenty of stuff that gets sneered at on here a lot - but I'm probably just as healthy as anyone really. A cold or two a year and that's all.
