    I only use my amex to buy rail fares and top up my oyster card when I am in London

    Eh? I have two Amex cards and they both have PINs, same as any other card.

    Sometimes you have to sign when you're in foreign, of course.

    I thought the pin thing was across the board. It was however, widely received.
