One would imagine that most of the original population of Australia, for example, were Irish, what with them being criminals and all. This would explain why they are beer-swilling, wife-beating louts. New Zealand, on the other hand, has many sheep, which would indicate that the majority of the original settlers were Welsh, and therefore as dull as all f**kery.
