Thread: Visitors from Ireland the other weekend brought a bottle of Potato Vodka.

Visitors from Ireland the other weekend brought a bottle of Potato Vodka.

It does actually taste slightly of potato, which might not be surprising but vodka is only suppose to taste of alcohol really. It is a little rough also, but not as bad overall as I had initially feared. I hadn't realised that potatoes could be called up for duty to make vodka with. Quite a remarkable chap, the potato. They'll be smoking them next.

This wasn't creamy. More the opposite of creamy, I'd have said.

I'm looking forward to getting back on the Stoli tbh.

Now look here, my good fellow.

You won't catch me making cheap, disparaging comments about the Irish, if that's what you're worried about.

Stoli is rye based, isnt it?

I kind of assumed most vodkas, at least traditionally, were potato based.
