    Used to be on BBC2 lunchtime, again iirc. More innocent days...I would watch any cricket

    back then, including days 1-5 of a test, whilst writing down the stats

    In amongst all the Johnnners nonsense, I often feel that Arlott's best joke gets forgotten.

    It was when he mused about the New Zealand cricketer Bob Cunis, saying: "Odd name, Cunis...neither one thing nor the other", which I think is a far wittier and more risque than anything Johnson ever said.

    Fortunately, I grew up relatively normal-looking and good at cricket. Otherwise I could easily have ended up as a scorer And they are all sex cases.
