    A lot of places have outside agencies akin to MI5 wanting all sorts of information

    Bank statements and all sorts

    My previous company had given a good reference to me however

    they said I had 29 days sickness in one year rather than 4.

    Which gave my new company alarm bells and wanted to change their offer
    sorted now.
