    Indeed. I worry if he knows the various techniques, though? Such as dredge, eggwash, crumb or not to

    allow anything with a batter to sit on the bottom of the basket?

    We cooked ours in a hollandaise under a grill, didn't we?

    They weren't bad, but I still maintain you can't beat a raw oyster.
