a bit with it in Sat night?
was quite battered yesterday/last night , passed out by midnight, ran 20 miles at
7.30 am for 3 hours around the hills in the sleet, rain and wind then had to go xmas shopping as away on 17th for few weeks to malay etc , had big feed at THe Real Greek in windsor, bit of retsina, bit of mexaca and now just chilling in with missus , few drinks , oh and some weed..mate left it round last night, now smoked it..its obviously chilled me out
was piss poor noncescence..so tried to raise my game
