    ive got pork fillets fiorentina from butchers for dinner..grill or fry?

    Forgot to ask him..or even ? Not sure now..

    in case it worries you..im going to go with 1- 2 min each side on searng hot griddle pan then

    put pan in oven at 160 for about 5 - 6 mins then leave them on plate to relax for 5 mins..should be ok , night

    If you grill pork fillets they will be as dry as a nun's c**t.

    Fry, man. Always fry. The grill is there to make toast.
