He told me to call KWAN, He is the person you need to speak to KWAN, I call up asking for Kwan and they have no idea who I am asking for. 'He's the manager KWAN'

I let him off that one but I noticed it keeps happening. He just sees a few letters in a word and decides himself what the place is. we are doing some work for Leysin in Switzerland he just has decided that it's called Lucerne and that's that.

Is there a dyslexia just for names?
