    Doing my registration for the English Ice Hockey Association Clound Nine

    Everyone is required to do it incase I accidentally murder someone on the ice.

    But it makes me feel important

    I agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and by-laws of the IIHF, EIHA, EIHA Rec. Section and the club to which I am applying.
    I declare that I am not the holder of a valid League Licence* and that all of the above information is correct.

    *Where the applicant is not GB born, I declare that an International Transfer card is not required*
