Everyone knows the real playas have amrpits that dispense sun tan lotion
or, failing that, a hand made of ham.
The ham hand would just look horrible, smell of ham and - if you ate it - would constantly look gnawed at and gross. The armpit, on the other hand, would save you on those occasions when you go out not expecting it to be sunny without any cream or hat on. Sunburn would be a thing of the past - a result all round.
