I just googled a Tucano. It looks strangely familiar. Is it based on a WWII plane?

It's what the RAF use for training jet pilots. Lots of lovely systems to go wrong.

Presumably the second seat is for training purposes rather than a gunner. Also, I think I understood a lot of that.
