    I have no problem with the associates playing - it is a World Cup after all. Ireland wouldn't be there and they always provide a bit of fun

    the problem is there are too few teams as it is, the format is, frankly, ridiculous.

    Should be a straight knock out tournament, seeded and everything

    never happen as there will be too few games for the TV
