Thread: Presumably British Airways straightened up and flew right

How's the weather in mid to late April? I've heard mixed reports.

The hottest time of the year, I understand.

In Chaing Mai I think it will be unbearable - I've seen that you're looking at 40-45c (in the north east) every day with high humidity.

Well I guess for some people travelling is more about the destination

I'm all about the journey, maaaaaaaan

My girlfriends brother and his bird have just embarked on a 130 day tour of

australia/new zealand/asia and it's taking them 38 hours to get to New Zealand

They left here yesterday morning, flew to heathrow, then from heathrow to Hong Kong, then from Hong Kong to Auckland. I'm not sure i could be f**ked with all that tbh. When will we get direct flights Sir C?

Afternoon downpours/storms or just drizzle all day?

It's the start of the lighter monsoon season in theory, but over the past couple of years

monsoons have been so f**ked up it's really hard to say.

The rains in May and June are nothing like as heavy as August / September, anyway. You'll just get a shower in the afternoon, if anything.
