    I used to mock folks with nut allergies.

    Now it seems I am allergic to Hazelnuts

    How can this happen. I never used to be,.

    Of all the nuts to be allergic to, though, that's not the worst.

    No Nutella, Topics or Praline. No biggie imo.

    I used to get a reaction to hazelnuts as a kid, years before the nut allergy thing became A Thing.

    Only a mild reaction, but I've avoided them ever since.
