    On the basis that everywhere is **** bar Manchester (which isn't Lancs anyway) it's not really

    surprising, Burnley is a cracking example of this

    Nope. If it's a town in Lancs beginning with B it's a sh*thole. Immutable law of life.

    Bolton, Bury, Blackburn, Burnley, Blackpool...not one of them fit for human habitation.
