Obviously I have normal smart shoes, and trainers.
I need something in between. perhaps some sort of boots.
Not something overly clunky.

Disagree. They're the casual smart shoe. You look slicker in a more casual situation, or cooler in a more formal situation.
They look alright. A bit beige.
