I want to whip out the massive boiler in my flat.

and replace it with something smaller.

What's my options. It's electric.
It's only used for the hot taps really but have electric shower and use the dishwasher so don't need this big ******* taking up cupboard space when i could whack my washing machine in the same space.

I used one during our last move. Two big scary manual labourer types made me help push and lift heavy stuff. It was utterly horrendous :-(
