This is the first time in recent memory that the Association membership has had an opportunity to directly make its views clear to the party leadership on an issue. A number of Conservative constituency associations around the country have passed near-identical motions to this one this AGM season.

The meeting will start at 7.30 PM, and be held at the Harlow Enterprise Hub, Kao Hockham Building, Edinburgh Way, Harlow, CM20 2NQ. Free parking is available at the venue.
