Without Kompany, they have been dodgy on more than one occasion this season and have cost their team a fair few points. They kept it tight v Real, fair enough, but Real didn't exactly put in an irrepresible performance over the two legs and Ronaldo was distinctly off colour in the return.
Sure. But they played 45% of that tie without Kompany. Madrid got one (own) goal over two games. We got 2 goals in one game at their patch.
