Turnbull & Asser have a selection of off the peg shirts, I believe. I certainly trust them in the area of ties and socks, so you can probably rely on their shirts.

They're about £250 each. I'm not sure that I should spend £250 on a shirt which will, invariably, end up covered in booze.
