A lot of the young players think they have to do something extraordinary in games like this when actually arsene wants to see them doing the right thing.
It doesnt really mean anything other than that he needs to understand thst principle, or that he momentarily forgot it.
Disappointing because failing to do the team thing is precisely what Arsene would see.
