:nono: A 'mixed' si different to a large doner.
A mixed comprises two pitta breads, then a seperate box of doner, shish and kofte. There is enough greasy lamb for several fat men.
It should be considered a challenge by all right-thinking slobs.

You can buy 20kg kebab meat 'cone' for around £40.
The mark up on that!
I assume my local kebab shop throws theirs away at the end of every evening at that cost price

I like it when the meat juices soak into the pitta and you get a crispy bit off a slice of doner and wrap it in the soggy bread with some pickled chilli :eat:

When consuming a doner I always try to leave at least half the pita to the very end.
At which point it has soaked up garlic sauce, chilli sauce and lamb fat. I then eat it with the pickled chilli. :eat:
I really, really, really want a kebab now. :-(

The red cabbage and onion are the only worthwhile additions.

If you let them start piling the red cabbage on you end up with tons of it. Best nip their plan in the bud by refusing it altogether. Onion is essential.
