I used to know a very good firm in Essex Road, Pack for those who know their geography, who I went to see once. For the next four years they'd offer me a job every month or so, I took a fair few of them too.
it is a percentage game they play.
Both how many candidates they have on their books and the ridicules percentage they charge their clients for introductions.
No better than estate agents imo
