They haven't sacked him... if they were sacking him he'd be gone now, they have agreed that he leaves at the end of the season.

Arsenal wouldn't have done that, not short of a manager embezzling funds anyway. I'm quite certain he was given no option but to leave at the end of the season. Kroenke's statement suggest as much.

Not technically a sacking though you could twist and interpret it as such if you wished.
