It isn't just coaching, though. He picks the team, decides the tactics & communicates with them. Has to deal with the massive egos of the players and all the cùnts in the press.Quote:

His reputation is no nonsense apparently and not averse to the half time hair dryer. Questions about tactics and ego management aside, he must have learned a huge amount from Pep. Perhaps the club are more worried about him going elsewhere . Jardim isn’t even being spoken about and both Nagelsmen and Allegri have made strong statements about staying put in the last 24 hours..
