I purchased a deep fat fryer on a whim.
excellent machine.
Apart from doing chicken and chips what else can I deep fry?
Maybe a trip to Glasgow to find out will be worthwhile.

Findus Crispy Pancakes. I used to use a deep fat fryer at uni and id these with chips
wouldn't do that now though.

It's not bad actually. Though the oil is new a bit of smell but much less than

And the stuff doesn't come out oily.
