That is exactly the case. I had a proud 30 year history of nasal abuse, until one day last year, realising it was taking me three days to recover from a decent session, I cast aside the devil's dandruff.

6 foot 3 and was 96.1 kg now down to 94.6kg with 91 kg the target.

Working out harder at the gym and trying to eat better and drink less (only a bit mind).

More exercise, less bad stuff, proper diet that.
