I think I've slept 4 hours in the past 3 days
Should I buy some sort of product to help me sleep or should I just wait for it to fix itself.

Melatonin tends to work for me, I worry now about trying to sleep without it though
I was lead to believe it's not legal to proscribe it here
I woke up this morning feeling fresh and ready to face the day

I believe you can get it in health food shops? Doesn't need to be prescribed
I'm properly all over that shit, four hours a night is killing me
Melatonin is the natural one, I think it's also an antihistamine.
Not the **** you want if you actually can't sleep, imo.
