Now I appreciate fresh wons but there should always been some chips on the go imo.
When you are pissed up and wanting to get home as soon as possible not having to stand around with other cunds waiting for your chips.

I've tried it before, end up leaving half the kebab.
mmmmmmm next morning kebab :eat: :kebab: :cloud9:
Oh f**k it I want a kebab now :-(
of if you will eat too many chips and destroy the kebab :-(
I want a greasy kebab.
Not some super posh one with rice.
Last time the chap gave me some free rice pudding type thing.
However, in a chip shop, someone cheerfully informing me that 'You'll have to wait a few minutes for chips' makes me want to do that pantomime where you go outside and exaggeratedly check that this is actually a Fish and CHIP shop.
I don't actually do it, though. I'm not that much of a c**t.
Have you gone hipper than a post-hipster?
Sometimes they undercook the fresh ones in a panicky rush.
I'm sooooo gonna have a large chicken doner mixed tomorrow night :cloud9:
And because of the Green Lanes connection there are plenty of higher quality kebab shops around.
Kebab's used to cost 3 quid from dodgy places with photos of the food.
All these places are expensive with flat screens and stuff. Weird breads and other things.
On the other hand. Take Angel for example. there was always a crap kebab shop in Chapel Market. Perfect then they all closed down except the ones on upper street. Now loads of trendy ones have opened up.
Same goes for Barber shops.
They do 'Cow Foot' :eat:

be it an elderly cock stewed in wine, a tender young poussin spatchcocked ona barbecue, or a fine, plump hen roasted to a golden bronze surrounded by a sea of crunchy roast spuds.
Where such a beast has NO PLACE AT ALL is in a kebab.
Lambgrease will make you happy.
I'm sure I read somewhere that Beckenham has a Lebaneser. You could have shawarma!
or can leave them very dry..depends on the quality of chip to brgin and cooking process i guess :-)
Have you ever been to this place?

posh ones are to take home
There is a serious paucity of decent eateries anywhere near the office, tbh. Quite embarrassing when we have visitors.
ready NOW if so ill have them open whilst kbab cooks then bin em/ finsih em and tuck into kebab
80's. Never had chilli on my kebabs until that day. Ordered my kebab and was staring out the window at a right miserable overcast cold day. Bloke says to me 'little bit chilli' to which I replied 'yeah, least it's not raining tho' Realised what had happened as soon as I tucked in. :hehe:
I've never looked back :cloud9:
Good to have a reservation though.
Badoomtish
thats crap eh? at end of story when you nod or say yes..he'd say next time try the shish its much better.. that was stock joke..his only joke really..but quite good first time :kebab: :cooper:

Have we discussed this?
I love the sheer incongruity of cutting edge technology we all take for granted, Enfield and that bloke out of On The Buses :hehe:
