The off stump leave and then gets clattered never fails to amuse me
even when it's an England batsman
Oddly, I don't find it funny when England batsmen do it.
I have horrible memories of Mike Gatting and others padding up to Malcolm Marshall and then seeing their off-stump cartwheeling towards fine leg. :-(
I used to love watching the Windies in their pomp, utterly terrifying

Whereas Vaughan (particularly at tail end of career) would leave a perfectly straight delivery
More weirdly, Vaughan took to just missing straight balls and losing his off stump. It was a bit
odd, although I do wonder whether his f**ked knee was a problem in getting to the pitch of the ball.
