Dr Rich. Last night I had fallen asleep on the sofa.

I woke up decided to get up and go to bed I felt very dizzy and felt like I wanted to puke.
Ran to bed immediately and slept like a log.

My neck was always in pain.

How long have I got to live?

I was confined to bed for 4 or 5 days, properly fúcked. If you've got yourself to work you must have a mild dose.

I too have a very sore shoulder which I thought was from sleeping awkwardly.

However my left knee is sore as **** and swollen from football, perhaps I did my shoulder as I fell.
