:nono: Not an additional spot to the league of the team who wins it. Just guaranteed entry to the winner of the Europa League even if they finish outside CL places. There is also a chance that fourth would not be good enough if Utd win Europa and Leicester win the CL and both finish outside the top four (likewise in Man City were to finish fifth and win CL)
