I started the dry January thing with Mrs SW.

Started on Monday, ended on Saturday. Shít really.

I did 20 the other day
Stopped for a break at 12 but got there eventually

I have to run 10k in under 50 minutes. I'm at 50 mins 41 seconds at the moment. May not seem a lot but shaving 42 seconds off that is a killer.

But I will succeed. I always do.
