Yesterday I was mainly cycling 275 miles..from Fishguard to london on my tod,20 hours

was bloody hard tbh..pissing with rain, floods, hills,****ty drivers ..its bloody far..WD london though as highlights at end were 2 prossies flashing the knickers and shouting hello from behind phone box on A4 knightsbridge slip road..nearly crashed looking back then a lovely lamb shwarmi at Al Balad edgware road..whilst being interrogated by waiter if i voted leave or stay :D

anyway job done :) ! 19 hours 50 min - 275 miles Thanks for all support and donations!

Was tough..and limping today ! Knees a bit tender as is the ..rear ,,feel a bit irish prison..knee capped and arse raped

Was VERY wet most of way but done now so all good and great cause so all good.

13.9 Average speed inc stops, 15.7 mph av not inc stops so not bad pace , 19 hours 50 min total, 275 miles in last night at about 2.30 am!..over 9000 feet ascent
