I was looking at several schemes that are supposed to help won purchase a first home.

They whole thing is a farce. they simple do not work.

I suspect this is why new builds are popping up left and right.

I saw a property that once you pay the mortgage and rent it's £2000 and you don't even own it properly.

If you can afford £2000 a month you can get a normal mortgage and forego all this nonsense,

I found the "shacking up with a high-earning dollybird" scheme worked well for me.

All you have to pay is your entire sense of masculine self-worth and you get a free house. ****ing bargain mate.

Of course, if you have little or no sense of masculine self-worth, it is a win, win. I'm sure Pat Vegas places a higher price on his masculinity and self esteem?
