These are special circumstances. I’d give Chelsea a 5-0 over us in the final in exchange for Spurs not winning.

If we did win the EL and they won the CL would you EVER mention our trophy? Just the thought of it would bring back the horror.

I cannot even begin to contemplate Spurs winning it :-( It would be utterly horrendous and I'd be delighted if Arsenal lose tonight and Spurs get hammered by Liverpool. Wonderful stuff.

We’d have more chance in the long term. He’s a sleeping investor who has bought a strong asset in a growing market.

In maybe 20-30 years his son may cash in.

Until then don’t expect any risks.

All I want is for him to invest so that we can stay competitive with City, Liverpool, United & Chelsea (I say 'stay' but we are a fair way off now anyway). well 2 of the clubs you mention we are ahead of 1 and 4 points behind the other, so I guess we are competitive with them.
