Winter is coming.
A chap needs a good layer of fat to see him through the winter.
-
Have you been to Tayaabs in Whitechapel?
-
No. I've sort of considered it, but when and why would I ever be in Whitechapel?
Can you imagine what the locals might do to me / my car? I'd definitely need protection.
And I suspect it might be dry. There's loads of Allan Akbars round there, no?
-
-
I usually feel left out with your restaurant posts. But I have actually been there.
-
I’m sure they’ve learned to tolerate white, upper middle class foodcunts.
Hopefully their courtesy will extend to Jewish lower middle class food****s :-
It all sounds rather splendid to me, from everything I hear. I’m going next week.
-
Tolerate?
Many of my Asian brothers do not like going to that area for food.
-
If you end up being dragged into the kitchens and beheaded with a fruit knife,
don't come rumming moaning to me afterwards.
For f**k's sake, they'll smell the jew on you from 100 yards away. Your lamb chops will be 60 pc sheep and 40 pc bodily fluids.
-
Did you pop in for a selfie with Jack The Ripper's victim?
-
I had leftovers from last night's chicken, cream, cheese, tarragon and mustard bake thing.
-
I've got some big raw prawns for dinner.
All is have to go with them is the other pair of crusty rolls.
So. Pankoed crispy shrimp rolls, then.
-
I had a ham sandwich bro
-
I have to say, as much as I enjoy your BtL comments, you do realise you are now almost exclusively
arguing with people hired as purveyors of click-bait, don’t you? I mean, there was a time where it was just about believable that Guardian columnists believeed what they wrote. Not any more.
You are keeping the paper alive just as Nicosia Gooner keeps TalkSport alive :-(
-
Careful bro they can give you instant cancer.
-
Sounds cracking. You're basically existing on bocadillos.
-
Yoga is a great way of combating cancer bro
-
I'm existing on the contents of cupboards and freezer. It's a sort of experiment.
It's not, I just can't be arsed going to the supermarket.
-
It is getting a bit silly, I must admit. Letting in the wilder fringes of American identity politics
has just made it too easy. These people are actually mad.
Mind you, did you see that link to the Julie Burchill article about suicide?
Feeling sympathy for Julie Burchill is an unusual emotion for me, but I did feel sorry for her when her son committed suicide. Then someone linked me to this charming piece she wrote.
I don't know whether it makes me feel more or less sorry for her. To know you wrote something like that and then had that happen must feel appalling. But then if you're enough of a c**t to write something like that in the first place…?
50-50 ball for me.

How long before you call the kebab shop?
-
It could happen at around 9 pm.
Otherwise I'll be OK. GLW returns tomorrow.
-
If you are hungry bro I can come and pick you up in my new smart vehicle. Chickpea stew ?
-
Yes. You'll need to cook proper then.
-
Talking of Guardianism, are you familiar with the chap who picks apart Guardian Blind Dates?
-
Guardian dating intrigues me. Can you imagine how utterly ghastly some of the people are?
-
I assume I'd get a go on Polly
While Owen watched. Touching his winkle.
