Visitors from Ireland the other weekend brought a bottle of Potato Vodka.
It does actually taste slightly of potato, which might not be surprising but vodka is only suppose to taste of alcohol really. It is a little rough also, but not as bad overall as I had initially feared. I hadn't realised that potatoes could be called up for duty to make vodka with. Quite a remarkable chap, the potato. They'll be smoking them next.
